Paycrux Private Limited ("paycrux") provides real-time financial transaction services. Once a transaction is completed successfully, the confirmation and details are shared promptly with the customer and the associated merchant. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations, ensuring a transparent process for our customers.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the following scenarios:
- Technical Errors: If a transaction fails due to a technical issue on our platform, the refund will be automatically processed within 72 hours.
- Unsuccessful Transactions: If a transaction is not completed successfully, the refunded amount will be credited back to the customer’s account. Typically, refunds are processed within 72 hours, but in some cases, it may take up to 10 business days, depending on the bank or payment processor.

Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If incorrect details, such as mobile numbers or account numbers, were entered during the transaction.
- For disputes related to services rendered by third-party providers.
- If the transaction was completed successfully and the service was provided as intended.

Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure that all details entered during the transaction are accurate. paycrux will not be responsible for transactions directed to incorrect accounts or numbers due to errors made by the customer. Once a transaction is processed successfully, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

Cancellation Policy
Transactions can only be canceled before completion. Once a transaction is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled. However, for unsuccessful transactions, refunds will be handled as described in Section 2.

- Refund Requests: If the customer does not receive the service, they must contact the merchant directly with the transaction details provided at the time of the transaction.

Amendments
